Tele Town Hall Meetings

Most of you have heard of the Tele Town Hall Meeting. It is very expensive. We have developed a way to do it at a fraction of the cost and it sounds exactly like a regular Tele Town Hall Meeting. In a regular Tele Town Hall Meeting you would have the candidate (or in some cases an elected official who wanted to impart information to his constituents) sit at a phone while calls went out to live pick-ups only. The voter would be asked to push one to join in on the big conference call, the Tele Town Hall Meeting. There is an intro that explains who it is about and what it is about. There is a moderator at the location of the candidate or official who serves as the "picker" who has a list of friendly numbers and these are the only people that get to ask a question. This is quite complex and, as stated, expensive.


Here is a quicker and much less expensive alternative that sounds exactly the same. We pre-record everything, the candidate or official and the questions from the "voter who has been called." The mass of voters will hear the one voter who "got through" asking a question and then hear the response. There can be some hard ball questions but the candidate/official is prepared with a great answer.


This is a very smart way to do this.

"Radio Commercials" Delivered To The Telephone

Toss aside your traditional way of thinking about "robocalls" for a moment and consider this new approach. What if you could broadcast a radio commercial that 80% of the people out there driving around would listen to and focus on? This is of course impossible. A single radio spot is in reality probably listened to by well less than five percent of the drivers in your market. They switch stations, it is not on the station they are listening to or they have satellite XM/Sirius.


What we do is a professional voice radio commercial and send it to the telephone. It is not a robocall. It is a high penetration radio type ad that was delivered to the telephone with an 80% penetration. Here is an example of the type of million dollar voice that we use. We mix up male and female voices. This strategy produces votes and can and will be the difference in a close election. Voters judge you by the quality of your ads.
