As a legislative analyst wrote the bill requiring the substitution of generic equivalents for more expensive brand name prescription medicines. This bill passed the Florida Senate 40-0, the Florida House 120-0, was signed into law by then Governor Askew and went onto be adopted word-for-word by most if not all the remaining forty-nine states.
As a business person made over 20 trips to the Orient in trade missions to arrange for the importation of goods.
